Sugarbush Farm, a family-owned and run working maple syrup and dairy farm. |

| The family purchased the 550
acre farm in 1945. |

| The daughter of the original
owner, the current matriarch of the family, filled us in on the operations
of the cheese factory. We tasted several samples and, of course,
purchased several varieties. |
