The Ahwanee Hotel is the grand lodge in the park.
We enjoyed a wonderful lunch in the beautiful dining room of the Ahwanee.
Although this photo is a little blurry, it should give you a flavor of this beautiful old hotel.
Everywhere you look from the Valley floor, there is beauty and grandeur.
From Inspiration Point, it is easy to see how the Valley was carved by a glacier. You can see Bridal Veil Falls in the distance.
The Merced River is rugged and very scenic.
