With our visit to Colorado, Bubba has now been in 44 states.  We know he won't make it to Hawaii but he'll get to New England for sure.
Our campsite at Sunshine was located right on the lake - great for wildlife watching.
Beginning the trek over Imogene Pass, the highest pass road in the San Juan Mountains and the second highest pass road in the U.S.  That's Telluride in the background.
Imogene Pass, like most other jeep trails, consists of a narrow shelf road with sharp curves and steep drop-offs.  But the beauty is unbelievable.
