Of course, most of the farm equipment in the museum had something to do with farming grain.  Montana is covered with wheat, alfalfa and other grain farms. 
Loved this old truck.  Reminded me of my childhood.
Life changed in the West when the automobile came along.  
My grandmother had a green Chevy that looked a lot like this one!  The Bel-Air was the most popular car on the road in 1953.  This car sold for $1,853.  
Now THIS is a major milestone . . . the 5 millionth International Harvester tractor produced.  Doesn't that just give you chills?  Ha!
This display focused on the war effort at home with rationing, salvage drives and true patriotism. 
This bell hung in the tower of Fort Benton's original Methodist Church, completed in 1899.  The bell rang for over 60 years.
