Indian women on the rim of the Canyon selling their goods.
It is hard to grasp the vastness of this Canyon without being there.
Unlike our Grand Canyon, the Copper Canyon has quite a bit of forest cover.
If you look closely, you can see why they call this the Copper Canyon.
Upon close inspection, you could spot several Indian homes down in parts of the Canyon.
Look at the top of the photo to see just how far the Copper Canyon stretches.
Jerry climbing one of the ladders leading to the Indian homes down in the Canyon. Remember, the Tarahumara women walk three miles each day, climbing up ladders such as these, to sell their wares.
Jerry on Balancing Rock. This boulder would rock back and forth if you spread your legs and put body lean on it. Spooky, but adventurous.
Mexico is full of stray dogs. Most are very friendly, just wanting some sort of handout.
