| As we approached the turn-off
for Island Lake Campground, two prominent spires of the Absaroka Range
came into view: 11,708 foot Pilot Peak and 11,313 foot Index
Peak. |

| Not sure what these pretty
little "fleurs" are but they were abundant along the Beartooth. |

| As we descended in altitude, we
came across this waterfall. It was so beautiful
that we had to stop and hike to it. |
 |
| The roar of the water was almost
deafening as it plunged through the rock path it has created over the
centuries. |
 |
| And looking downstream was just
as beautiful as looking at the fall itself! |
