The Fairmount Jasper Park Lodge on Lac Beauvert was built in the 1920's. It is beautiful and just five or six miles from Jasper.

We watched the Park Wardens practicing water rescue at the Sixth Bridge on Maligne River.
The students were practicing how to get out of a fast moving river after encountering a fixed object.
